    UPDATE:
We have revisited Razorback in Conway and there has been a great improvement since my last review. The food has greatly improved. The beer mugs are now kept in a freezer and very cold

I was excited to see a new restaurant on the west side of town but our happy bubble has been slowly deflated. We have given Razorback Pizza many tries with friends and family. More disappointed than not. Reliably, the staff is super friendly and attentive. Not consistent is the food. Order the same pizza but it can vary in taste and texture from one visit to the next. Mostly undercooked. But one thing you can always count on is warm beer! We would maybe give happy hour another try if they could figure out how to chill the beer below room temperature. I'm hoping these were just first year start up issues.

Bad service. Bad food. Bland atmosphere. Left and never coming back and telling everyone we know not to come back after the waitress scoffs at us and asked us straight up what her tip was. We were so uncomfortable around her. She slammed plates down, sighed when we asked for something and talked down to us. I really Hope management reads this. I really hope it's not bc of the color of our skin.

We have ordered from Jims Razorback Pizza a few times and I think the most recent will be our last. Called to order wings and razor sticks. Although website shows you can order 10 or 20 when I asked for 10 I was told they don't have that. It was 8 or 12 piece orders. That was fine. I asked if it was possible to have half plain and half BBQ and was told no they all had to the the same. I asked were they pre-sauced from their supplier or did they add before cooking and was told it was pre-sauced. So I went with the BBQ because that's what my daughter prefers. I used their drive through to pick up my order. When I got home and we opened the box they were burnt and so charred you couldn't eat them. I called and explained and was told they would make me a new order without sauce and sauce on the side---so I wasn't given accurate information when I first ordered. I went back to pick up the order. The man who helped me said they have had this problem of the sauce burning but the owner insisted they be sauces before cooking. I don't understand sending out food that's not edible especially when someone drove to your business to get it. Poor service won't get my repeat business.

Added photos of burnt first order and second order.

We have been to this location several times but tonight they went above and beyond. They were a little busy when we arrived. We put in our drink order and then once we got our drinks we ordered an appetizer and our meal. We were getting concerned about our wait on our appetizer because it had been a pretty long wait for the appetizer. Our wonderful waiter returned to our table with our appetizer and told us that it was on them because it took so long to get to us. They are always very kind. We will definitely be back. Food and drinks are always great!

The food is just ok.  The wait staff is friendly.  They are overpriced, especially the beer.
